🔄 1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Fragrance (attar) bottles must be unopened and sealed. Opened or used attars cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

  • Customized or sale items are not eligible for return.

💵 2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

📦 3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with proof (photo or video).

🚚 4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, unless the product received was wrong or damaged.
